North American Male Voice Over - Commercial.
James began training and performing as a ventriloquist, magician, mime and public speaker with a travelling performance troop based in Chautauqua, N.Y. at the age of 13. He continued for 5 years, training, performing live throughout parts of the United States and also coaching others new to the troop.
James would later attend Recording Arts Canada where he graduated with a diploma in Audio Engineering and Music Production and later worked as a teacher’s assistant. RAC’s program included a course on voice over. James wrote commercial scripts, performed, recorded, edited and mastered them and also trained in dubbing and audio / video sync.
James has worked with DAW’s Pro Tools, Digital Performer, Cubase, Nuendo, Reason, Tracktion, Reaper, but prefers Ardour for his home studio.
James’ home studio is also used for post production work providing field recording, sound effects, and foley.

What are your revisions policies?
Revisions will be determined by each order.
Do you offer fast delivery?
Currently, I am not offering fast delivery as a regular service. I am open to this offering and will discuss this as an option on a case by case scenario. I want to explore the demand for this and if I can honestly offer it as a regular "extra" option.
What time zone are you in?
I am in Niagara Falls, Canada and my time zone is EDT.
When can I expect delivery?
4,500 words or less you can expect within 24 hrs. Anything greater than 4500 words, please contact me to make arrangements.
What is background music and do I need it?
Adding background music is when I mix and master music you have provided along side the voice over you have requested. This is only needed if you are not confident in mixing and mastering the elements together. This is a service I provide.
What is script proofreading and do I need it?
Script proofreading is if you require me to read through your script and perform your script making any necessary changes to reflect proper English grammar. If this is not selected in “extras”, I will read the script as is.
What are commercial rights and do I need them?
Business promotion that is non paid advertising. Includes a 3 months usage for local usage, typically region wide. If you would like to purchase 6 to 12 months usage, add multiples per 3 months. For example: If you would would like 6 months usage, add commercial rights plus 1.
What are broadcast rights and do I need them?
Business promotion that is paid advertising (t.v., radio, YouTube, etc.) Includes 3 months usage for local, typically region wide. If you would like to purchase 6 to 12 months usage, add multiples per 3 months. For example: If you would would like 6 months usage, add broadcast rights plus 1.
