To start - reach out for a quote. I'd love to learn about your project, and how I can be assistance to you and help enhance your copy. In order to properly quote, I will need a few bits of information:
1) Type of project (i.e. - commercial, animation, e-learning, corporate narration, dubbing, ect...)
2) length of script in words
3) Intended use of audio and for how long (i.e - 2 year internal / 1 year for radio and web adverts / in perpetuity on a youtube monetized channel / ect...)
Studio Info: Professionally treated, cozy home studio. I currently record on a Rode NT-1 microphone with a Universal Audio Volt interface. This double as my travel rig when I am away.
Revision policy: Each project will receive 1 round of revisions. Smaller projects (under 300 words) can receive a full revision - Larger projects (over 300 words) can receive revisions up to %70 of the total script length.
General Commercial Rates: These rates are to be used as a guide line for commercial VO and are subject to change. Project type, and usage agreement may change quote
:60 - $175 up to 150 words
2:00 - $300 up to 300 words
3:00 - $400 up to 500 words
4:00 - $475 up to 600 words
5:00 - $550 up to 750 words

A trained vocalist for over a decade, Chris has gone through rigorous Character, Shakespeare, and Voice & Movement training at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting in NYC. He also studied Electronic Production and Design at the Berklee College of Music in Boston where his primary instrument was voice.

I can provide turnaround times of 24-48 hours, depending on the length of the script and agreed upon deadline. For revision policy, please refer to the description under "Job Information".

What if I need my project quicker?
There may be some cases that I am able to get a project done in less than 24 hours. There is a $75 fee added for expedited orders. Please note that due to the nature of VO, and time zone differences, this may not always be possible, and order may be canceled if I feel that I cannot deliver within specified turnover.

What is
In short, "usage, is the specified terms and length of time in which an audio clip may be used. The terms are how an audio clip can be used and in what markets. A local radio ad would be much less than a national radio ad, and both would be different from a regional TV spot. The genre, or type of VO, can change and affect the cost of audio. For example, and e-learning course is will have much different usage that an online social media ad or youtube animation series. When weighing out VO cost, you must think, "how much value or return will I get from this recording". It's important to keep in mind the value of the voice artist time and ability to elevate your copy. It's not all about the length of the script - the usage plays a big part when quoting for VO
