Delivery time will be based on the project itself. While most simple voiceovers will be delivered within the Max Days to deliver, others will go beyond the Max Days to Deliver for longer projects. We always do our best to provide the fastest turnaround so most will be delivered within just one to two days depending on revisions.

Absolutely! Not all projects are the same or require the same amount of labor and time. I'm happy to provide you with a quote based on the information you provide and can negotiate a fee we're both happy with.

While it's not within my power to provide full refunds I will however go the extra mile to provide revisions as necessary to ensure satisfaction. The short answer is YES! However I will need key points you want to make, how long you need it to be (timewise), tone of the voiceover (upbeat, serious, authoritative, etc.).

I would prefer that if you have predetermined audio/video for your project that you include a way for me to access that. It will help in timing the dialogue to it as well as creating the right tone.

Yes! Again, you will need to provide the tone you are looking for so I can match up the music to the dialogue. The music will be provided from a royalty free music site so there are no issues with copyright infringement.
