A Revision to me, is a full re-record of your voiceover project where your style requirements may not have been met or certain tricky names/words are mis-pronounced so a Revision is offered to satisfy the requirements of you, the buyer.

Yes. There is necessary editing with EVERY professionally recorded voiceover recording (unless otherwise specified by the client). Of course, I produce the authentic sound to your script delivery and this is completely organic and not enhanced, but unwanted breaths, long pauses, pops are edited out.
