If the recording is used to promote a business then yes, you need to purchase commercial rights.
If the recording is used on paid platforms such as radio, television, and/or the internet then you will need to purchase the Broadcast rights.
Yes, if I make a mistake pronouncing a word/words, I will do the revision to correct it for free. A purchased revision would be any minor script changes of 20 words or less. Script changes over 20 words would be considered a purchased revision but are considered a new purchase.
